The Mountain Top Coaching sessions are typically done on a Mountain Top, usually clients will meet me at the base and we will walk to the top together. The top is typically a short walk, nothing too strenuous. The Mountain Top Coaching session is all about you and your goals. Sessions are usually 60 minutes long but some clients prefer 30 minute sessions. They are a combination of Goal setting, Mindfulness and Meditation. You’re in charge of how quickly you’d like to move toward healing and achieving your goal(s). Choices include hourly, 6 sessions package, 12 session package month , or ongoing monthly retainer options. All offer flexibility and so if you’re looking for something other than these choices-be sure to say so-we may be able to work something out.
The Mountain Top Combo
The Mountain Top Coaching session works your Mind, Body and Soul. We believe in the interconnection of the 3! This session is specifically designed to strengthen and challenge you mentally, physically and spiritually. We will transform your mind, body and soul from the inside out. Change happens when you embrace challenge.
This includes a fierce 30 minutes body workout which will elevate your metabolism, combined with 30 minutes of Life Coaching, Mindfulness and Meditation.
