Nature is where we come from, nature is where WE all come from and it’s where we are most at ease. Taking time out to spend time in nature has a wealth of beneficial impacts on our psychological, mental, emotional and physical well being.
However the pace of our lives has become so busy that we tend to spend less and less time outdoors. When we spend time outdoor we become more mindful and more connected to what’s around us through our senses – what we see, hear and feel. We slow down, ground ourselves and become more awake and aware. I started going on mountain tops as a way to self-reflect, relax and meditate.
Soon enough I became more connected to my Higher Self.
Sure enough I wanted to share my experience and Mountain Top Coaching was born.
A poem from Wild Communion Experiencing Peace in Nature--- by Ruth Baetz
I come here- To get out of my head and into my senses To immerse myself in peace and beauty-To feel kinship with life To feel at home-I come here To be empty-Silent-Still-Receptive I come here-To be changed- To get a new perspective To find an answer-To heal a wound-To learn I come here-To be wild To be engulfed by wilderness and mystery and wonder I come here-To worship-To thank-To praise To love
